Refunds, Cancellation & Returns Policy
Effective April 2025 | In Accordance with UK Consumer Law
At Med Group UK, we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies that protect both our clients and our business operations, while remaining compliant with UK consumer and healthcare regulations. Please review the following carefully before confirming any payment or booking.
1. Refund Policy – Clinical Treatments & Medical Services

Once a treatment has been administered or a clinical service has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued.

Packages or multi-session treatments are non-refundable once confirmed, as medical time and resources are allocated in advance.

Consultation fees are deductible from the treatment total if you proceed. If you do not proceed, the consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers professional clinical assessment.

In medically exceptional cases where you are unable to continue treatment, a partial refund or credit note may be considered, subject to valid written evidence from a UK-registered medical practitioner (e.g. NHS GP or consultant).

Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting:

The full list price of treatments already carried out

Administrative or service fees

Charges for missed or late-cancelled appointments

All clinical refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and remain at the full discretion of Med Group UK.
2. Refund Policy – Skincare Development, Branding & Packaging Services

Due to the bespoke nature of our laboratory services, once a formulation, branding, or packaging project has begun, all fees are non-refundable.

Work begins immediately upon booking confirmation, and resources are allocated accordingly.

If you cancel before the project start date, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus a non-refundable deposit and any administrative or design fees already incurred.

In cases where the client withdraws after work has commenced, no refund will be issued.

All intellectual property, branding work, or product development materials remain the property of Med Group UK until full payment is received.
3. Returns Policy – Skincare Products

Due to hygiene and health standards, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for opened or used skincare products.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. A replacement or refund will be offered in line with UK consumer rights.

Proof of purchase will be required for all product-related claims.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. Cancellations
Clinical Treatments

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will result in the loss of your deposit or full treatment fee (where applicable).
Lab Services / Branding Projects

For bespoke services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the project start date.

Cancellation requests made after this point are non-refundable.
5. Important Information

By booking a service, placing an order, or confirming a project with Med Group UK, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
